SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS
The master en suite features a king bed with a wooden headboard, floating side tables and a workspace desk if needed. The en suite bath has a single vanity and a classic period-tiled shower. Bedroom 2 offers a queen bed and spacious closet. Bathroom 2 has a jacuzzi tub/shower combination. Bedroom 3 has a king bed and a working wood stove. It also has direct access to the backyard. Bathroom 3 has a single vanity and walk-in shower. All bedrooms are light-filled rooms with large windows with views to the outside. Guest amenities and hair dryers are in each bathroom.
LIVING & ENTERTAINING (Interior)
Walk through the side door and be greeted by a bright and spacious galley kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, gas stovetop and a sliding glass door with access to the outdoor living spaces. Cook a great meal in the kitchen and enjoy it in the spacious dining room with a large round table and seating for 8. Relax and enjoy some of your favorite TV shows on the 65” SmartTV in the living room while lounging on the oversized sectional with a built-in lounge chairs or two leather club chairs. The TV is equipped with Netflix and Prime apps. Don’t forget your Netflix or Prime account numbers so you can stream movies and other favorite entertainment. Off the kitchen is a sliding glass door with access to the outdoor living spaces. This is the hang place!
Directly outside the glass doors is the BBQ conveniently located just off the kitchen. A teak picnic table with seating for 6 or more is perfect for dining al fresco. Over to the left side is an outdoor living room complete with an outdoor sofa and two side chairs along with a coffee table. The hammock is a great spot for a quick nap or reading your favorite book. The bubbling sound of the water fountain puts you in a totally relaxed mood while lounging under the shady oaks.
Stroll around the front of the house and pick some fruit from the pear, fig or pomegranate trees. Check out the lily pads and water grasses in the small pond. Rock on the leather rocking chair and take in all of nature.

We provide personal amenities including soap, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion, paper products, kitchen necessities such as dish soap and trash bags. There are plenty of linens and bath towels. THE IMMEDIATE AREA
This home is just a two-minute drive or a peaceful 5-minute walk down winding tree-lined streets to downtown Atascadero where there are coffee shops, wine-tasting rooms, bars, restaurants, great local shops, and a craft brewery or two. The Atascadero Lake Park offers free summer concerts from June through August every Thursday night. Pack a picnic basket, a bottle of wine or two, your beach chairs and enjoy local musicians belting out everything from jazz to rock and blues.
