Other things to note
There is one street parking available in front of the house for a smaller vehicle. However, the front door does not have an access pad so we do encourage guests to utilize the street parking behind the house which is 54th St. There's much more space for parking. You'll access the property via the back gate and stairs. Please note that this is a typical Pittsburgh home that sits on a hill so you'll be climbing a pretty big set of stairs.

$1000 for clogging toilets with inappropriate items like baby wipes or small objects.
$50 per hour for unauthorized late check-out.
$50 per person for unlisted guests or exceeding the booked number of guests.
We may remove any retaliatory reviews related to violations of these rules. Guests agree to cover any damages resulting from rule violations, including property damage, damage to common areas, and lost revenue due to canceled reservations.
