BEDROOMS:
All the bedrooms have large comfy QUEEN BEDS with luxurious linens and details. The Master bedroom also has a very nice ensuite with double basin, bath and large shower.
OUTDOOR AREA:
The outdoor BBQ area is the absolute perfect place to enjoy warmer days and evenings and is also sheltered and fully enclosed for privacy and peace of mind. It features multiple seating areas, large BBQ and plenty of space.
KITCHEN:
Fully equipped with high end appliances - perfect for anyone who loves cooking and entertaining! It's open plan makes it the perfect place to congregate, cook, chat and enjoy yourself.
POOL AND BEACH:
The villa complex has a great, fully fenced swimming pool area to relax, play, tan and cool off! If you have children, you have the peace of mind that it's all fenced in and contained within the resort.
Direct beach access is just a few steps away with a path connecting the villas to the beach!
LIVING ROOM:
The large living room is part of the open plan area which connects to the kitchen and al-fresco areas. Large flat-screen TV, huge plush sofa, reading chairs, dining table... It's all there for you!
ADDITIONAL AMENITIES:
Washer + Dryer are in the laundry

This home is furnished with stunning high-end fittings and furniture. You will instantly feel at home and peaceful here in this space (great vibes only!).
Guests have access to the whole home including laundry facilities etc. You can also use the resort facilities including pool.
In most cases, I will meet you on arrival to hand over keys and give you a tour of the property.
After that, you will have my phone number and you can call me at any time if you need anything. I live very close by but I won’t be invading your space during your stay
The neighbourhood of Kingscliff is peaceful, laid-back beach vibes with an eclectic mix of great local cafes and restaurants. A very safe area for families and children plus a fantastic place for a romantic getaway.
Immediate access to all modern conveniences like supermarkets and shopping centres, Kingscliff Beach has it all!
Set just a touch below the southern Gold Coast region, it's just a short trip to many attractions north or perhaps even pop down to Byron Bay to the south!
Parking is available on site with free street parking. The beach is only a few steps away and plenty of cafes and shops are within easy walking distance. Getting around is easy peasy!
