Hampton's House @ Southport is a fantastic open-plan entertainers-delight located right in the heart of the Gold Coast action but in a quiet and secure area where you can enjoy peace and quiet! The home is designed as an eco-friendly house that has been configured to maximise the air flow/breezes available from living on the top of a hill. The three “flyover” patio roofs are made of a heat/infra-red reflective layer, sheathing a foam insulating layer and the lower layer. These patio roofs are designed to block heat and to extract hot air upwards from inside the house and its environs. Additionally, 12 Harcourt has a lot of windows and large doors that allow for comprehensive air flow (breeze) capture. // COMMON AREAS// There are 2 open-plan lounge areas and a dining area inside the home. The main living area opens up to the front deck. Here, there's a large TV which is hooked up to WIFI and a Chromecast, to provide easy access streaming services such as Netflix. Stay cool with an air conditioner (one of many) that cools down the main living area, dining and kitchen. They are also reverse cycle and can keep you warm in the colder months! //OUTDOORS// There are 4 outdoor entertaining areas you can enjoy and relax in. Located at the front of the house is the front deck which takes in a view of the garden and is perfect for catching the morning sun while you have your morning cup of coffee. Out the back - to the rear of the house, you have total privacy with a deck that spans the width of the house. On the lower deck you have a 10 seater picnic table and on the upper deck a lounge area that can seat just as many. Flyover roofs protect each space so you can enjoy either all day long. A great custom built outdoor BBQ area overlooks the amazing fully-fenced swimming pool. You will never be short of places to sit, relax and enjoy yourself here! Soak up the sunshine and have a dip in the pool to cool off! Let's not forget the lovely swimming pool! The perfect place to cool off and have a splash! //KITCHEN// The large fully equipped modern kitchen is yours to use. You'll find all the appliances, utensils, cutlery, and dishes you need to share meals and drinks with your family and friends. //BEDROOMS// 3 great bedrooms for up to 6 guests MASTER BED: 1 King bed, Sitting area, work desk and ensuite. BEDROOM 2: 1 Queen bed, lots of natural light (and blockout blinds if you prefer it darker), plenty of storage BEDROOM 3: 2 X King-Single beds //BATHROOMS// The main bathroom is opposite bedrooms 2&3. There is also an ensuite bathroom for the master bedroom. Guests will have access to the entire property. Enjoy, relax and make yourself comfortable! We will not be on-site at the property but are available via messages to help with anything you need. You will be able to privately enjoy your stay but we live close by and come to the property if needed. Southport - Gateway to the Gold Coast! Easy central location in southport near Buses and other public transport. There is secure parking at the property so you can easily bring a car. Walking distance to supermarket and nice cafes. This home is in a nice, quiet area with lovely neighbours who shouldn't be disturbed by excessive noise.
