Built in a contemporary - modern style, Villa Pinea offers accommodation for a maximum of 8 people, is fully air conditioned and allows an escape from the stress of everyday life. With its 240 m2 of space, it has a total of 4 bedrooms with double beds (160x200), one of which is located on the ground floor, and the remaining 3 are on the upper floor. All bedrooms include 4 ensuite bathrooms with showers.
On the ground floor of the villa you will be able to relax in a beautifully decorated living room consisting of a corner sofa, TV, coffee table and PlayStation, which will surely delight the youngest. Near the living room is a dining room with a dining table with 8 seats. In the modern and equipped kitchen you will have everything you need to prepare the favourite dishes for your family.
What makes Villa Pinea special is the fact that it has a sea view from all rooms.
On the outdoor terrace you will find the opportunity for a pleasant day or night refreshment in a heated infinity pool of 24 m2, 1.5 m deep, next to which there are 8 deck chairs where you can sunbathe and enjoy the sea in peace and quiet.
