very private. sits on a great fishing pond, we have paddle boats, , kayaks, plenty of life jackets, and a large fire pit with Adirondack chairs around. have an outside covered bar with water and power, it is close to the fire pit and it has a large gas grill for your convenience. creeks surround the anchor, and is very cozy at night with fire burning. we also offer an outdoor theater for movies, slides, or games. will need to be ask ahead of time to set up projector. the two bedrooms sleep 9, and the living room has pull out couch and two pull out chairs that will accommodate 4 extra giving a total of 20, double beds placed side by side for couples. Come on down To Pea Ridge and bring your fishing poles and enjoy the peacefulness of the "The Anchor" and the seclusion and privacy .
