Compact living with a spacious wooden deck and pool offers this small house, in the middle of the quiet villa idyll in Malmö's central outskirts. At the far end of the owner's villa garden is this stylish and modern accommodation of 25 m2 and an open floor plan. It can accommodate 3 adults or 2 adults + 2 children, furnished with a sleeping loft (2 beds) and 1 sofa bed (1.20). The kitchen is equipped with hob, oven, fan, coffee maker and a refrigerator with freezer compartment. Fresh small bathroom with tiled shower, WC, sink and towel warmer. A small dining table and 4 folding chairs are available for those days the weather does not allow to sit outside and eat on the large wooden deck (approx. 70 m2). a group of outdoor furniture. The lovely pool, 8x 4m, is heated from late May to September. Windows in three directions, of which a gable with two openable doors and the rest windows, creates the feeling that inside and out flow together. The wooden deck is surrounded by planks that provide privacy against the neighboring villas. From here you can easily cycle to Ribersborgs beach bath just over 5 km, Malmö city center 4 km or to the nearby Emporia Shopping Center 3 km. The house does not rent to youth groups. Note that the owner has several dogs and a cat that occasionally stays free in the to some extent common garden, which is why you as a tenant should accept animals. The house has noise.
