The old farmhouse has been completely renovated but has retained its characteristic elements. Across the cul-de-sac is a small pond where you can swim. The estate is located in both the Liemers and Achterhoek regions with the Oude Ijssel river in the backyard. This area is particularly characterised by its varied nature and rich history. Think of the old castles and estates in the Achterhoek. You can spot wildlife such as rabbits, pheasants, badgers or foxes.

On the ground floor is a dining room with a wood-burning stove, a sitting room with a wood-burning stove and a television and an annex with books and games.
