It is a pleasure to present this exquisite home for the 2024 rental season. The home is 4000 sq. ft. and offers every amenity one would expect with a home of this quality. There are three floors with an elevator that starts at the ground level and six en-suite bedrooms and 2 half baths. Four of the bedrooms, including the beautiful main en-suite, (which occupies the entire third floor) have king-size beds. One bedroom has a queen and the other has two �full� bunkbed sets. The home is equipped with all of the internet capabilities for those who need to access their office or have to work while vacationing. The main living area is beautiful and has windows that soar to the vaulted ceilings. There are two laundry rooms complete with washer and dryer. There are furnished decks on every level. The pool, cabana, fire pit and landscaping offer a wonderful retreat area. Amenities include 8 beach tags, a Genesis Weber gas grill, three SixThreeZero bikes provided in a locked storage area on the east side of the home. There are 8 beach chairs, a beach umbrella and a beach cart. There is surround sound in both the interior living area, second floor deck and the exterior pool area. The family room has a bar area with a full-size refrigerator. Just steps to Avalon�s south-end beaches. Do not hesitate�this beautiful home will not last. 1st floor contains: 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 1 king bed, 1 bedroom with bunk bed (Pottery Barn double bed on bottom bunk & double bed on top bunk - sleeps 4)
2nd floor contains: 2 bedrooms (1 king, 1 queen)
3rd floor: 1 bedrooms (1 king bed)
Each bedroom has it's own full bathroom. There are 2 hallway half baths (1st or bottom floor and 2nd or middle floor).
2 refrigerators: 1 in kitchen, 1 in 1st floor utility room with the washer and dryer. Bookings are not confirmed until fully executed lease is received with Owner approval.
