Relax, unwind and leave all your worries behind in this spacious 5-bedroon, 3,900 sq. ft. contemporary luxury cabin nestled in the pine forest with all the amenities you could ask for in a Tahoe retreat and more. Enter from the quiet street outside and find yourself in a massive great room with vaulted cedar ceilings custom designed for relaxing and entertaining with a fully appointed gourmet kitchen including an island cook-top / 4-person counter eating area, a dining area with dining table that seats up to 12 and a plush living area with a gas fireplace and 52' plasma HDTV with Bose home theater system and Blue-ray Disc player.
Retire to the privacy of the adjacent master bedroom suite and watch a movie from the King-size bed or sofa bed on the 42' flat screen HDTV with home theater system, wash off the fatigue of a long day in the sun or on the slopes in the luxurious bathroom with jetted tub, oversized walk-in shower with double shower heads, double sinks and large built-in vanity table, or catch up on work or personal business at the desk complete with wireless broadband internet and multifunction printer/fax/copier/scanner.
Downstairs you'll find 4 more bedrooms, 2 separate bedrooms with Queen-size beds sharing a large separate bathroom and a Jack-and-Jill suite with a Queen-size bed in one room connected to a bedroom with bunk bed by a shared bathroom. Chill out in the evening in the huge 800 sq. ft. game room complete with pool table, air hockey, pinball machine, foosball, dart board, gaming table, counter bar and 42' flat screen TV with home theater system, i-Pod docking station and Xbox. Or watch a movie on the large TV with DVD player from the Queen-size sofa bed in the sitting area.
Enjoy the serenity of the surrounding pines and forest and mountain views as you lounge or have a barbeque on the large upper deck with its Weber gas BBQ or escape from the rain or snow to the large covered lower deck and soak in the 6-person hot tub as you listen to your favorite tunes on the integrated wireless music system from the i-Pod docking station. From the decks you can watch the kids and your dog play in the almost half acre fenced in backyard or sled on adjoining forest service land.
Heading out from the cabin to enjoy the area you'll find easy access to all activities from Highway 50 or Pioneer Trail with Lake Tahoe, Heavenly, the state line casinos and shopping only 10-15 minutes away and 2 golf courses and a supermarket within a 5-minute drive.
The home has a nice private feel with vacant land surrounding it. We priorities our relationships with our neighbors and we prioritize making sure their "quiet enjoyment" of their home is not interrupted. The neighborhood is great for low traffic, and nice walks or bike rides. This is a quiet neighborhood, and guests will need to be respectful and considerate at all times during their stay!
