Welcome to the White Pearl Beach House! It has one of the best private beaches in our area year after year and a newly built private lakefront pool (now open as of 4/5/2024) and a hot tub - it is a premier lakefront pool house with all the accouterments you could hope for!
Sitting along the edge of Lake Michigan, the sprawling property features a guest house, a private tennis court, a sandy beach, and a one-of-a-kind home with lake views at almost every turn. Whether you're looking for the perfect vacation spot for a large group or your family, and even furry companions, the White Pearl is a luxurious and beautiful catch for a Harbor Country getaway.
Upon entry to the house, it's hard not to be stunned at the immediate beauty. Making the most of the property's premium location overlooking Lake Michigan, the home provides a unique take on an open-concept plan, with high vaulted ceilings, countless windows with abundant natural light, and sweeping views of Lake Michigan. In addition to the natural surroundings, the home is expertly decorated with a tasteful, modern aesthetic, and high-end Italian furnishings.
The main floor includes a grand living area with serene views of the lake, a private light-filled bedroom, a family room with a fireplace, and an open-concept bedroom. Next to the airy dining room is a second living space with a TV and a bright, all-white kitchen with plenty of counter space and all the necessary cooking gear for the culinary inclined. There is a newly reconfigured master second main bedroom suite on the main floor as well.
A good portion of the second floor is reserved for the primary main bedroom retreat that features an indoor balcony and outdoor porch, a private office, and a large bathroom with a soaking jacuzzi tub, a sauna, a double shower, and a skylight. The rest of the second floor includes two additional bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and private porches.
The private guest house has been fully renovated with a kitchen and new bathrooms. The guest house includes a first-floor kitchenette, a family room, a walk-out porch, a half bath, and a laundry room. The second floor of the guest house has a large bedroom with a king-size bed, a walk-out porch, and a full bathroom. The guesthouse now has a second bedroom with two twin beds as well.
