Europe Square is 100 meters from our house, the old boulevard is 150 meters away, the Sheraton Hotel is 300 meters away. All windows of the apartment offer a beautiful view of our architectural landmarks: Alphabet Tower, University of Technology and Radisson Blu Hotel. Nearby are our famous cafes and restaurants such as "Greetings from Batumi" and "Bern"
