For golfers- The Randolph Oaks Golf Course is one popular option located on the grounds of Randolph Air Force Base and offers a challenging 18-hole course for golfers of all skill levels. Additionally, there are other golf clubs and public courses, such as Canyon Springs Golf Club, The Quarry Golf Club and also, and Canyon Springs Golf Course, which are all in San Antonio and around Universal City, offer excellent facilities and well-maintained greens; these courses might be a good option as well.

Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy.
Security cameras: For your safety, there are exterior cameras for the front and side of the home. Note please ensure that the total number of occupants is included in your listing.

1. No smoking or you will be charged a $1000 fee to get rid of the smoking smell
2. Any parties or excessive noise causing neighbors to complain will result in us asking you to leave without a refund of your stay and a $500 fine
3. We have a stringent no pets policy. Any violation of this will be a $500 fine.
4. We request you take off your shoes as soon you enter. This helps keep the place clean!
5. Please observe that Quiet Hours are from 9 PM – 8 AM
6. Any extra guest will be an extra $100 charge per night per extra guest
7. Please use the makeup towels provided to remove makeup. Any damage to the non-makeup towels will result in a charge to replace the towel
9. We keep track of inventory in the unit. If there is anything found missing, please note you will be charged for a retail price
10. We ensure you have basic toiletries and supplies such as paper towels, hand soap, salt/pepper, etc and request you purchase your own if staying long-term for more than 30 days.
11. Security Cameras: IMPORTANT For your safety, there are EXTERIOR facing cameras for the front and back of the home. These run 24/7 and are recorded. Note please ensure that the total number of occupants is included in your listing and NO PETS unless it is a service animal, or your reservation will be automatically canceled with no refund.
