Parking is available in the driveway to the right of the home and/or in front of the house in the street. Entry is made by the side door via a keypad. The house boasts 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 2 living rooms, a full size kitchen and a screened in balcony with outdoor seating and a ceiling fan. One bedroom contains a double bed, two bedrooms contain a queen bed and the last bedroom contains two single beds. The kitchen is fully stocked with a drip coffee maker, full size fridge/freezer, oven, stove and dishwasher. All of your basic essentials for cooking are provided. Linens and towels are also provided.
No spaces are shared. The entirety of the property is accessible by guests minus the hospitality closet (inside the bathroom on the second floor) and storage closet (door on the exterior backside of the house under the balcony).
Our home is located in Midlothian, Virginia just south of the James River.

-Please set air-conditioning to 74 degrees in summer months or heat to 68 degrees in winter months before checking out.
-Please keep all exterior doors/windows shut when air-conditioning/heating is running to help keep house cool/warm.
-Please dispose of all trash before departing.
-Please only place toilet paper in the toilet.
-Place all dirty linens in the dirty linen hampers.
-Please clean any dirty dishes and place in dish dry rack before checking out.
-Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
