WAIVER OF LIABILITY: You understand that you using the swimming pool at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the swimming pool. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the swimming pool and hold the owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the swimming pool may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the swimming pool while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the swimming pool if pregnant. You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and your guest for the consequences of those risks. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from your guests’ use of swimming pool.

To ensure the best experience for all guest we ask that you please be respectful & follow the house rules, no parties, no smoking allowed, additional guests must be approved or part of the reservation.
- Respect quiet hours (10pm-8am).
-As the home is in a residential neighborhood, please be respectful to the neighbors as it relates to noise during the day and at night.
- No pets allowed. $350 additional fee for any proof of non approved pets on property.
- Report any damage immediately so host can submit to maintenance management team to repair or replace to ensure positive experience with all of our guests.
- Clean kitchen appliances before putting them away.
- Do not take any items out of the home.
- TRASH day on Wednesday! - please take trash out & place it at the end of the driveway by Tuesday evening (if applicable during your stay).
- Please lock all doors while away from home. Guests are responsible for theft.
- No parking in the garage and please keep the garage door closed
POOL RULES:
-Please Keep Pool cover on during fall and winter while not in use. This will allow us to keep the pool warm.
- No diving in the pool
- No glass in or near pool (Plastic cups available)
- If you have children under the age of 6 yrs old, please inform your hosts so we can advise proper safety measures. There is a lock on the patio door. Please keep doors locked while children are unattended.
- Keep pool vacuum in the pool to ensure proper cleanliness of pool.
- Read & follow check-out instructions before departure**.
