Positive: Size and proximity to our family in Leics. 5 good sized bedrooms with extremely comfortable beds. 3 bathrooms. Mainly modern. Lots of car parking.

Negative: Needed a few bits of upgrading. Not enough mugs and crockery for 10. Seats 6 in lounge and dining room.

Summary: Great location for our purpose, spacious upstairs and Nik was extremely helpful
