You are within walking distance to Redfern Village, Winn Dixie shopping complex, Southern Soul and a multitude of other shops, restaurants, and night life. The beaches and the pier/village area are just a few minutes drive from Orchard Road.
On the main level, you will notice hardwood flooring throughout, an open living area that overlooks the kitchen, formal living and dining room, and a guest bedroom with a full bath and king sized bedding. The kitchen features quartz counter tops, gas stove, large island, and custom cabinetry. The kitchen island seats 6 and the dining room can seat 6. You are just steps away from the heated saltwater pool and hot tub. Use the pool year round! (The pool can be heated for an additional charge).
Upstairs you will find 4 more bedrooms and a common area TV room. The master bedroom is large with an en-suite bath and king bedding. The other three bedrooms have a Queen, a Full size bed and the third bedroom has a set of twin beds. All bedrooms and the common area den have flat panel TV's.
This home has it all. All you will need is the time to come down and take advantage of this well equipped and ideally located house!
