It's a terrific 5-bedroom retreat with 6 queen beds total with in (5 bedrooms), perfect for your group to sleep and lounge when coming in for a wedding. WE DO NOT ALLOW GATHERINGS, PARTIES OR ANY OTHER EVENTS in our lodging options! NO EXCEPTIONS so please do not ask! We do have exterior cameras and if any parties, events or gathering for more than the 12 occupancy, you will be asked to leave.Weekdays and some weekends are available to anyone, otherwise our wedding parties and their friends or families that we are hosting a wedding for at The RoseMary (on booked weekends) are priority for available dates! This is always first come first serve with no holds.

If you aren’t coming for a RoseMary wedding, please give us the details and the reason for your visit to McKinney. Only 12 guests allowed and absolutely no more! We are VERY strict on our max occupancy of 12. Please DO NOT book if you have more than 12 people or are planning to host a gathering!
