It has been completely renovated with 5 big bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a wonderful porch overlooking the Sheepscott River, a dock for launching your Kayak and a kitchen with a table big enough for 12. The kitchen allows for groups to cook together. There is also a second, small kitchen off one of the bedrooms. The property has a small pond where ducks and other wildlife spend the early mornings. You are only minutes from WIscasset, a 20 minute ride from Boothbay Harbor, and a quick walk to the Fort Eddy overlooking Wiscasset. It is a perfect place for large families to gather and enjoy the Maine way of life. We do not allow pets or parties.
