There are assorted coffee and tea capsules for satisfying every taste.
In the bedroom, you will find a queen-size bed with memory foam mattress for a quality rest at the end of the day.
The bed overlooks a splendid furnished terrace.
There are also various bespoke compartments to house all your personal belongings, including suitcases.

Smoking policy
Please note that the entire property enforces a NO SMOKING POLICY.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke indoors, even with windows open or looking out the window.
The whole house is equipped with smoke and CO detectors.
Penalties will be applied in case of violation of the NO SMOKING policy.
It is possible to smoke on the terrace, and you will find an ashtray for keeping the environment clean.

The Cotral stop for the airport is a 15-minute walk from the apartment.
In 20 minutes by bus or 6 minutes by taxi/car you will arrive at the airport.
The terminus for many shuttles is a 9-minute walk from the house, where you can reach the Leonardo shopping center and the "Parco Leonardo" train stop to reach the center of Rome and the Rome fair (1 train stop).
The Cotral stop that leads to Ostia and Ostia Antica is located 3 minutes walk from the house.
Fiumicino is in a strategic position for the airport, the train to the city center and the Fiera di Roma, the focal point of many events (Roma Sposa, Romics, Moa Casa, International Estetica).
It is also well connected to the various important hospitals in Rome (Bambini Gesù, Gemelli, Regina Elena - IFO).

There are parking lots on the street. The street is normally quiet.
