Positive: The house is in a good location within walking distance to the beach where they do a lot of kite surfing. The living area is quite spacious. The dining room table is nice.
Negative: The property description on Booking.com claimed that the property was 10,000+ sq. ft., but in reality, it's closer to 2,750 sq. ft. In addition, the site did not say that the property manager lives on property in an apartment that is attached to the back of the house or that there is another apartment attached to the front of the house that is rented out. At times, you could hear noise from both of these attached apartments. The kitchen had limited things for cooking (no cookie sheet, no mixing bowls, abused frying pans) and no drinking glasses. There were no plastic cups for using around the pool, only glass wine type glasses. The place was quite dusty in many places. There are no lamps in the house, just overhead lights. There are no written instructions on how to use the TV or what the Wi-Fi password is. There is a TV in the master bedroom on the wall, but there is nothing to sit on in that room to watch TV, only the bed, which doesn't face the TV. Overall, the house needs a good cleaning from end to end and needs updating in many areas. While the price was good based on the location, the house was not as advertised. We would not rent this property again.
