Välkommen till en charmig stuga mitt i naturen, i närheten av Norrtälje centrum.
Denna välplanerade stuga på 51 kvadratmeter rymmer fyra härliga rum som är delvis möblerade. Det finns en inbjudande öppen spis som värmer upp stugan effektivt och även en luftvärmepump med AC för varma somrar.
Stugan köpte jag år 2021 och har använt som sommarstuga.
Det har en egen vattenbro med tillgång till vatten året om. Hela tomten är på 2700 kvm.
Stugan är perfekt för dig som söker ett hemtrevligt boende i närheten av naturen. För dig som uppskattar tystnad, grönska och ett snarare rustiskt hem.
Önskemålet är att hyresgästen ska ha en viss vana av att ta hand om en stuga på vintern och sommar, vilket innebär snöröjning, ta hand om ved för att värma upp huset på vinter, klippa gräset på sommaren osv.
Man kan bo tre personer, alltså två vuxna och ett barn. Men inte fler.
