The home is 'fully air-conditioned' and has been fantastically appointed! It is designed for families or large groups to enjoy time spent together in shared living areas - both indoor and out; with plenty of room for everyone to have their own personal space. Downstairs, guests can make use of the large, open-plan living area, eight seater dining table and contemporary kitchen complete with stone bench tops, island breakfast bar and stainless steel appliances such as a double door fridge/freezer with ice machine, dishwasher, oven, cooktop and microwave. This shared space also features split system air conditioning, ceiling fans and a large wall mounted TV. This level is also home to a spacious queen bedroom, separate toilet/powder room, laundry and internal access to the double garage.
Kids will be entertained with the huge media room packed with board games, toys, and huge tv and dvd's and netflix. On this level, there are a total of 4 bedrooms. Two queen and one double bedroom; plus the stylish master suite, which offers a queen bed, TV, ensuite & walk-in robe, private access to a covered balcony overlooking a park and hear the ocean waves on the sand.
