Equipped with everything, from the washing machine to microwave, from dishes to mattress covers.
1080 euros + 380 of TOTAL expenses, including heating, wifi and utilities (only electricity for air conditioning remains out, but there are no electric boilers or plates).
There is a PASSAGE SERVANT in the apartment as another tenant enters his apartment through the same anteroom and corridor.
The building is elegant, very well attended, there is a concierge and a double lift.

Fornito di tutto, dalla lavatrice al microonde, dalle stoviglie ai coprimaterassi.
1080 euro +30 di spese TOTALI, compreso condominio, portineria, riscaldamento, wifi e utenza del gas. Rimane esclusa solo l'elettricità (non ci sono né boiler elettrici né piastre) da pagare in base al consumo , difficilmente stimabile per uso o meno dell'aria condizionata/climatizzatore.
La palazzina è signorile, frequentata molto bene, c'è portineria e doppio ascensore.
La zona una delle più belle di Milano. Residenziale, centrale, con negozi di ogni tipo (anche una Coop e una Esselunga a 200 Mt), tranquilla e sicura, ma anche zona di movida con locali e ristoranti eleganti.
Servita da metro lilla (fermata Domodossola a 300 mt) passante ferroviario (2 minuti direttamente in Cadorna senza fermate), tram e autobus di ogni tipo.
