Smoky Mountain Lodge is a 12 bedroom/11 bathroom cabin located inside Property Manager, just 2.5 miles from the Parkway in Pigeon
Forge at traffic light #10. Smoky Mountain Lodge has 4 levels. This cabin will sleep a total of 50 guests and has parking for approximately 10 vehicles,
with additional parking available in Property Manager. Smoky Mountain Lodge also shares a seasonal outdoor pool with Rocky Top Lodge, exclusive to just these two cabins (this outdoor pool is typically closed October 1-April 1, weather dependent). Come relax in Smoky Mountain Lodge while you enjoy that beautiful view from the privacy of your own
hot tub! You won't be disappointed...

Main Level (2nd Floor)

Smoky Mountain Lodge has 4 steps up to the front door, where you will enter into the main level. This level features an open air common space with the
dining area with gas fireplace, large flat screen T.V., kitchen and living room. The dining table seats 26 comfortably, with additional seating for 10 at the breakfast bar and 4 at the pub table.
The kitchen is fully equipped with two side by side refrigerators (with icemakers), two glass top stoves, two ovens, two microwaves, and two dishwashers.
Other items provided in the kitchen are two coffee pots, a blender, two toasters, and standard cooking and eating utensils to accommodate 50 guests.

Smoky Mountain Lodge's living room is the perfect place on this level to gather and enjoy each other's company. The living room is also where you will find
the first 2 sleeper sofas. Watch the big game on the large flat screen TV or snuggle up next to the see through natural gas fireplace, or get a game going
at the pub tables that seats 4 regardless we know you will feel totally relaxed in Smoky Mountain Lodge.

The main level is also where you will find the first two of twelve bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The first bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV,
and electric fireplace. The bathroom features a walk in shower.

The second bedroom features a king size bed, a flat screen TV. The bathroom features a walk in shower.

The main level deck of Smoky Mountain Lodge wraps around the cabin and is the perfect place to hang out and enjoy the gorgeous view! Here you will find two natural gas grills
(standard grilling utensils can be found in the kitchen), and outdoor gas fireplace, outdoor tv, and plenty of rocking chairs.

3rd Floor

The 3rd floor of is where you will find 4 more bedrooms and bathrooms, a sitting area with a sleeper sofa, as well as our favorite room, the
private home movie theater! The theater room features stadium seating for 18, a Blu-Ray player and surround sound. Come rent a movie from the DVD library located in the office, or watch your favorite show on the big screen...The theater is always a big hit!

The first bedroom features a king size bed, and flat screen TV. The bathroom, which can be accessed from the bedroom only, features a shower/tub combo. You also have deck access from this bedroom.

The second bedroom features a king size bed and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which
features a shower/tub combo. You also have deck access from this bedroom.

The third bedroom on the upper level features a king size bed, electric fireplace, and flat screen TV. The private bathroom, which can be accessed from the
bedroom only, features a shower/tub combo.

The fourth and final bedroom on the 3rd floor features a king size bed, electric fireplace, and a flat screen TV. The private bathroom, which
can be accessed from the bedroom only, features a shower/tub combo.

4th Floor

The top level of Smoky Mountain Lodge has two bedrooms and a shared bathroom not accessible through the bedrooms.

Each bedroom has 2 sets of full size bunk beds and the bathroom has a walk in shower.

1st Floor

When you get to the bottom of the stairs you will find yourself in the huge game room! The game room features a pool table, several arcade machines, a
foosball table, a large flat screen TV, a card table that sits 6, and a wet bar equipped with a mini fridge. The last sleeper sofa is also in the game room
and you will find the washer and dryer in a closet off of the game room.

The lower level is also where you will find the last four bedrooms and bathrooms. The first bedroom features a king size bed, electric fireplace, and a
flat screen TV and deck access. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the bedroom only, which features a shower/tub combo.

The second bedroom features queen size bunk beds and a flat screen T.V. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the
bedroom only, which features a shower/tub combo.

The third bedroom features full size bunk beds, twin size bunk beds and a flat screen TV. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible through the
bedroom only, which features a shower/tub combo.

The fourth bedroom features a king size bed, electric fireplace, a flat screen TV, and deck access. This bedroom also has a private bathroom, accessible
through the bedroom only, which features a shower/tub combo.

Last, but certainly not least, is the lower level deck where you will find the massive hot tub! There are plenty of rocking chairs on this level for those
who may not want to use the hot tub. Kick back, relax, and take it all in! Then to top it all off, take the steps down to your own private back yard. In
this outdoor living space you will have two more oversized gas grills, picnic tables, and a large gas firepit.

There is FREE high speed, wireless internet in this cabin.

Gas fireplaces are turned off from May 1 to October 1. Fire pits are functional year round.
