Resort style 5BR home with indoor heated pool, extensive gardens, multiple living spaces, a large alfresco area, wood fire, pool table, unlimited Wifi, Foxtel and Netflix.
Located on the ocean side of the Great Ocean Road, in a quiet court, just a few minutes walk from my two favourite beaches and a few minutes more to the shops, restaurants, and cafes.
In my view, the perfect place to gather together, create memories and enjoy coastal life with extended family, multiple families, or a group of friends.
This 5BR, light-filled, beach getaway is spread over two levels, beautifully furnished, with linen and guest amenities provided. With so many liveable spaces both inside and out to explore, once you arrive you may never want to leave.
The lower, entry-level features open plan living and dining with split system heating and cooling, wood fire, functional kitchen with a large refrigerator, coffee machine, and walk-in pantry. Along with a bathroom/ laundry and separate toilet, there are also two guest bedrooms on this level, a queen room, and a bunk room with two sets of single bunks (sleeps 4). The queen room is perfect for those guests who cannot manage the stairs. The bunk room can be accessed through the laundry/bathroom or from the outer carport area.
A large, undercover alfresco dining and living space with BBQ and ceiling fan, provide another fabulous living space for all.
Upstairs the large second living area and games room is a highlight. With a pool table, 65 inch TV, Foxtel Premium, and Netflix powered by unlimited wifi and loads of games and puzzles this space has it all.
From the upper-level wrap around deck, you can catch glimpses of the sea through the trees. Perfect place to read the newspaper or a book in the morning sunshine with your coffee.
The three bedrooms on this level enjoy a leafy outlook. The master has a queen bed, walk-in robe, and ensuite access to the bathroom. The second bedroom on this upper level has a queen bed and the bunk room has tri-bunks, double lower bunk and single upper bunk (sleeps 3) as well as two desks/workspaces. The bathroom has a large corner spa bath and separate shower. With split system heating and cooling, a wood fire, and heaters and ceiling fans in every bedroom and living area, you can enjoy this property all year round.
Wander around the garden paths and explore. Read a book quietly in the pergola, hang upside down on the monkey bars, and swim in the indoor, heated swimming pool. This over 1000sqm property is fully fenced, with electronic gates for ease of access, and undercover carport parking for four cars.
