This fabulous property has just been remodeled inside and out and offers exquisite entertainment that you will not find anywhere else in Las Vegas!!
Sprawling behind an iron gated wall sits an entire acre of fun starting outdoors. If you like a game or two, we have a selection to choose from. Outdoor Shuffle Board 100 ft. in length, a life size Chess & Checkers Board, and a 1000 sq ft elevated putting green with multiple holes, 2 sand-traps and even rough to practice your pitching. If you want to relax a little we have a giant Gazebo with lots of seating to read while the kids play on the swings that hang from tree branches. There is a wonderfully relaxing pool designed and a hot tub to wind down and relax. An abundance of lounge chairs are placed throughout the yard to sit down just about anywhere you wish! ( The pool has free solar heating, but if you wish for extra propane heat, please inquiry for additional fee.)
When you decide to enter this 6 bedroom 4 bathroom 5000 sq. ft. home, try not to get lost! The downstairs encompasses room after room of separate living areas, flat-screen TV's, couches, dining areas, game area, bar area, office, kitchen, Free WiFi and 3 bedrooms that sleep up to 8 people. Every guest can commence together for movies or a game of pool or hang out in separate areas if they wish. Upstairs are 3 more bedrooms including a huge master with strip views and 2 bathrooms. This home is one of a kind and will give you and your party the space you need to feel the freedom all while being minutes from one of the most happening places on earth! 2-night booking are possible but mainly weekday or if the home is already booked before and after the weekend.
We want for you and all of your guests to enjoy everything the home has to offer, inside and out, but respectfully ask that no music is played outdoors, and no speakers/music equipment/instruments are to be used while at the property, in order to not disrupt our neighbors.

The space
INCLUDED WITH YOUR VACATION HOME
All of our vacation rentals are fully furnished with cable/satellite TV and high speed WiFi (Free WiFi). Kitchens are equipped with appliances including a refrigerator, microwave, oven, stove, electric kettle, coffee makers, toaster and blender.
Kitchen:
Properties are equipped with the following items to accommodate the max occupancy of the home: basic dining, cooking and serving essentials including plates, bowls, silverware, wine and drinking glasses, cooking utensils and kitchen accessories such as can opener, wine opener, measuring spoons and more. For health and safety reasons, we do not provide any food products, spices, oil, sprays, and things of this nature.
House Supplies:
Your home will be stocked with an initial supply of trash bags, paper towels, kitchen sponge, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets.
Other Items:
The property is equipped with a specific quantity of bath and pool towels to accommodate the max occupancy of the home. The bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and body soap. There are also fully equipped laundry rooms with washer, dryer, ironing board, and iron.
Guest access
Guests have access to the entire estate, as well as the entire property for free! The home is accessible using a keyless system that allows entry into the estate through your entire stay. We usually send the check-in info 2 weeks before your stay. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier so that you can start your vacation as soon as possible!

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE HOST TO GET A KEY?
The property has keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key.
DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?
A departure clean is included for all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.
CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?
During the winter, the temperature of pools can range between 50-70 degrees. If you would like the pool to be heated to 82-84 degrees, we do charge a fee. Please inquire and let the Host know at least 48-hours in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.
WHAT IS PROVIDED WITH MY ACCOMMODATIONS?
All of our vacation rentals are furnished and have a kitchen with amenities including a microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Each property is stocked with cooking and serving items including plates, bowls and utensils, as well as a can opener, corkscrew measuring spoons and more. The coffee maker takes ground coffee and we also offer a spice rack, salt and pepper.
There are bath towels, pool towels and bed linens. We also provide an initial supply of trash liners, toilet paper, hand soap and dishwasher soap. Bathrooms are stocked with Shampoo, conditioner and liquid body wash. Laundry facilities are also equipped with laundry soap and dryer sheets.
CAN I SHIP A PACKAGE TO MY VACATION HOME?
We do not recommend shipping directly to the home and there are many different people with access to the home: vendors, housekeeping, Guest Services staff, other guests during their stay, etc... so we cannot be responsible for packages once delivered.
DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?
It’s a city wide strict rule, strongly enforced, no outdoor music and quiet hours after 9pm. Music can be played indoors with the doors and windows closed and sound contained inside.
DO YOU ALLOW PETS?
Our vacation rentals are pet friendly. We allow for up to two pets per property for a fee of $250 per stay.
