PROPERTY
FANTASIA - as you drive up to this gated property you will notice the amazing detail and high end finishes of all buildings. A brand new separate garage with living quarters above which matches the exterior of the log home. Fantastic log wood shed. Intricate animal carvings greet you at the centre courtyard. At the lake facing side of the property, heated granite deck with multiple fire tables to light up the evening. A large granite fire table area with benches and a waterfall for serene seating under the night sky. Outdoor cooking is boundless with the gas bbq and professional smoker. Make your way down to the boathouse and waterfront where you will find a large upper boathouse deck with plenty of lounging furniture, glass railings to take in a fantastic view of the lake and a large stone fireplace for roasting hot dogs and smores under the stars. As if that wasn't enough, making your way down to the lower boathouse, there is room for your boat and jet skiis in this nicely finished space. A large stationary dock with approximately 5 feet of water depth at the end allows for good fishing, swimming and boating. All lake facing bedrooms have a walkout to their own balcony/deck.

This bright dining room is all windows that look out to the lake and although open to the kitchen has it's own space away from the activity of the main kitchen. A large wood table that seats 16, provides room to host a large family or guest event.
GREAT ROOM
Upon entering from the front entrance you are greeted by a double staircase and a massive family/great room. Finishings are lodge like and you will find many of the same wild animal carvings that greeted you outside on the inside of the front entrance. A huge floor to ceiling stone fireplace with cozy seating surround and a large TV. This room has walkout to main patio.
LOWER LEVEL
The lower level greets you with a large bar with 4 bar stools, another cozy seating area with fireplace and TV, an additional 2 bedrooms and full bath and a walkout to deck.
SPA AREA
Wet sauna, dry sauna, indoor hot tub surrounded by windows provides the feeling of being outside, tv and electric fireplace. There is also an additional 3 piece bathroom to shower off once you've been in the sauna or hot tub.
