Lägenheten, som består av ett vardagsrum med öppen planlösning mot köket samt ett sovrum är i fint skick, med stora fönster och mycket ljusinsläpp, dock är vitvaror i köket och badrummet av äldre karaktär. Även husgeråd ingår i hyran, tallrikar, bestick, glas etc.
Lägenheten är belägen högst upp i huset, som har fyra våningar, och har en stor balkong. Hiss finns.
