Provided with private access and enclosed by tall stone walls with a remote-controlled gate, the villa enjoys stunning views of the surrounding countryside and the utmost privacy and tranquility.
It feature a beautiful garden (10,000 sqm) laid out in the classic "Italian style", characterized by tall pines, majestic cypress trees, hydrangeas and paths lined with clipped hedges.
In the garden there is a covered gazebo, equipped with couches , ideal for relaxing while immersed in the greenery.
Moreover, at guests' disposal a spacious terrace overlooking the garden with a lovely jacuzzi (up to 6 people), sitting area and sun loungers.

Alighieri Luxury Retreat is ideally located, just a short drive from Florence center and Fiesole, along a narrow road that offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside.
Fiesole is a small Etruscan town, situated on a hilltop offering a very scenic view of Florence. Here you can admire several Etruscan and Roman remains preserved in the vast archaeological area or take a walk uphill to the Monastery of San Francesco that boasts, maybe, the best view of Florence.
We suggest you also visit the small medieval village of Maiano, famous for its quarries of "pietra serena" used by great artists of the Florentine Renaissance.
Moreover, in an hour's drive you will reach the beautiful region of Chianti Classico, known worldwide for the prestigious wine to which it gives birth (the typical mark of the Gallo Nero) and for its evocative sceneries and charming villages, from the nearby Greve to Panzano, from Castellina to Radda.
For sport lovers, several options are available: trekking and biking paths; tennis courts and football pitches at the Chianti Country Club (17 km); golf courses at the Circolo Golf Ugolino (17 km); riding stables at the Equestrian Center Antellino (13 km).

Interior Description
The property (632 sqm), spread over 3 floors and elegantly furnished with high quality period furniture, can accommodate up to 10 people for a total of 5 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (including 5 full and 1 toilet).
Ground floor: Once through the entrance, you will find 2 elegant living rooms, furnished with antiques, sofas and hand-painted wall murals. Following a breakfast room (with 6 seating bar) and a dining room with wooden table, that can accommodate up to 12 people.
The delightful covered verandah is ideal for alfresco meals, while the airy kitchen is fully equipped with oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.
A laundry room and staff quarters (with separate entrance) make the rest of the floor.
First floor: The upper floor - which is accessed via a stone staircase - is dedicated to the sleeping area, made up of 4 spacious double bedrooms, all with ensuite bathroom (recently renovated, with shower) and adjustable air conditioning.
Lastly, you will find a small but bright office with direct access to the outdoor terrace, equipped with sun loungers.
Second floor: The top floor - that is also accessible through the stone staircase - houses a small sitting room and the 5th double bedroom (convertible to twin) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and adjustable air conditioning.

Small pets are allowed (double deposit + 120,00€ for extra cleaning to be paid on site).

Stunning villa with private swimming pool, private garden, outdoor hot tub, situated in Florence, near Fiesole. Equipped with all comforts (fiber optic for wifi internet connection, satellite TV, air conditioning, private parking), it is the ideal accommodation for families or groups of friends wishing to spend a pleasant holiday in the Tuscan capital, surrounded by nature and away from the crowds and the heat of the city center.
