Summary: I have had wonderful experiences staying at properties in Orem-Provo area, the hosts paid attention to detail and kept their properties in perfect condition and most importantly: clean! Unfortunately my last experience was the complete opposite. As soon as you arrived to the property, the grass and exterior of the home is not maintained and well kept. Once inside, the doors are falling apart, the furniture is damaged (the dining room table has a table cloth to hide the bad shape of the table), to keep the dryer door locked, there is tape already attached to it to keep it from opening, in few words: falling apart. The biggest flaw was hygiene. Underneath the beds we found dust not just from a few days, but months! The basement was even worst! The TV room had a disgusting smelly couch, and rest assured that you won't sleep by yourself in the rooms, there are at least a couple different bugs on each room!Needless to say, I truly hope Airbnb makes inspections or quality control on the properties it advertises, because some of them like this one, are far from a place we will ever stay again! Hopefully next time we visit, the other properties we visited in the past are available, those are the quality we expect and more for the price we pay.
