Nice newly renovated house close to town, golf and beaches. Welcome to a pleasant and sunny house in a quiet residential area close to many of Strömstad's varied range of activities. The cabin's large terrace area turns into a peaceful pine forest where you can hear the birds sing. In the forest the owners have built a small playground, together this has become a pleasant oasis of its own in the middle of the garden. The local swimming beach and golf course are very close. Next to the golf course is Strömstad's SPA with their full range of activities, swimming, bar and restaurant. If you want a moment of nature experience, it is also close to the Nötholmen nature reserve with its nice hiking trails, running paths, swimming beaches and on top of the small island there is a barbecue hut where you can hike, grill and watch the sunset in the northwest. From the area you can easily get further into the central parts of Strömstad via a ferry that goes over Bojarkilen's salty water. From the entrance, you walk into a welcoming hall that leads into an open kitchen with a large, generous living room. The kitchen has a stove, separate oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and dishwasher, the living room has a cozy fire place, dining room furniture and sofa group and TV. On the first floor there are three bedrooms, two with double beds, one with bunk beds, bathroom with shower. and washing machine. Via a patio door from the kitchen area you come out to the cottage's combined bathroom and laundry room with shower, bathtub and both washing machine and dryer. In the living room, a staircase leads up to the "children's" sleeping loft. The highest ceiling height is 1.35, here there is a piece of furniture, TV, toys and a double bed, the children really love being here. From the kitchen and living room you can continue out onto the balcony areas, where there are opportunities for both sun and shade and to enjoy delicious meals from the grill or perhaps from Strömstad's range of fresh seafood while you discuss today's adventure or plan for tomorrow. In Strömstad there is a large selection of activities, restaurants, pleasant shopping in small shops that are close to each other or why not just sit and enjoy all the boats in the harbor area. From the villa you walk, take the city bus to the city center and all the entertainment or to the bathing spots, of which there are several to choose from. If you want to experience islands and the archipelago environment, there are several boat charters and bathing boat tours from the harbor in the center out to several archipelago islands such as Furholmen or Kosteröarna but also to neighboring Norway. It is also possible to rent a boat or kayak for your own explorations. For those interested in golf, there are several 18-hole courses in the area.
