The 80 m² apartment, on the 6th floor (no elevator but a free workout ) offers 3 rooms, ideal for 2-3people. The 2 bedrooms offers a comfy double bed each, a separate single bed is available for the living room. The bathroom has a shower, bath-tube and a toilet. The living room is equipped with a cozy couch, a full-serviced kitchen with eating place. Furthermore the apartment offers possibility to telephone, glass fiber internet connection, cable TV .
own washing machine in the flat.
Located in a quiet TOP location, just in the middle of the old town, the property come with a great connection to the S/U-Marienplatz or Isartor and you can find lots of different stores, pharmacies and doctors within walking distance.

Die Wohnung bietet 2 Zimmer und ist ca. 80 m² groß, ideal für 2-3 Personen. Die sehr helle und zentral gelegene Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen TOP-Lage mitten in der Altstadt im 6. Stock (kein Aufzug, aber freies Training :D)
Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer gemütlichen Couch ausgestattet. Die voll ausgestattete Küche mit einem Essplatz, die beiden Schlafzimmer bieten je ein bequemes Doppelbett, ein separates Einzelbett vorhanden im Wohnzimmer. Das Badezimmer hat eine separate Dusche, große Badewanne und eine Toilette. Außerdem bietet die Wohnung die Möglichkeit zum Telefonieren, Glasfaser-Internetanschluss, Kabelfernsehen. Eigene Waschmaschine im Bad.
Zusätzlich verfügen die Wohnungen über eine gute Anbindung an den S/U-Marienplatz oder Isartor und Sie finden viele verschiedene Geschäfte, Apotheken und Ärzte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
