La première partie, en duplex, dispose , au rez de chaussée, d'une cuisine équipée, et un grand salon/salle à manger avec une grande cheminée pour les soirées coocooning!
A l'étage, vous trouverez un palier avec un couchage simple,un suite parentale avec un grand lit et un petit lit et sa salle de bain privative, une grande chambre avec un grand lit et un petit lit. Une salle de bains supplémentaire est à votre disposition.
Dans la 2éme partie, vous trouverez à l'étage, un studio avec un grand lit, une mini kitchenette et une salle de bains. Au rez de chaussée, une chambre avec deux petits lits et salle de bain privative!
Le lieu idéal pour 2 familles avec :
-de la convivialité grâce une salle à manger cosy et accueillante avec sa grande table fermière et sa cheminée
-de l'intimité avec ses deux parties "nuit" distinctes et les 4 salles de bains.
Vous profiterez aussi d'un bel extérieur avec 2 jardins/terrasse, et un accès direct à la Neste d'Aure, où vous pourrez vous balader au bord de la rivière, sur ces sentiers balisés et entretenus.
