We host single and married couples or friends who want to stay together, traveling to Atlanta's Americamart for a business show or downtown to visit attractions. Their typical age range is 35-60 for business and 20-40 for the attraction visitor. Half of the guests are in-state, and half are out-state. Most guests want to stay in one bedroom with a kitchen and living/dining room combination. They are looking for something more than a hotel room, a place to chill, have drinks, make a meal with friends, Netflix, and chill, or have a comfortable place to work. One or two bedrooms are ideal. The other option would be a more expensive chain hotel, Mariott, Hilton, or Sheridan. In fact, we are located directly across from the Mariott, Hilton, and Sheridan if you are attending a conference. The most desired amenity for our guests is a full kitchen and comfortable living room. Our guests want super high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a fully functional kitchen. Our guests appreciate speedy communication, a self-directed check-in process, a digital guidebook with detailed instructions, and one free, secure parking space downtown, with additional parking available upon request.

The entire condo will be available for your sole use. Guests will l be provided with a key code for unit access and will be left a key card for building access. (Card must be left in unit upon departure or a fee will be charged.) This condominium is located in the Landmark, a Historic building in Downtown Atlanta. The building is slightly dated compared to today’s modern built high-rises. The hum of city life surrounds this charming high-rise condominium in the heart of downtown. Located on one of Atlanta’s most well-known roads, Piedmont Avenue.

Walk to GWCC, Phillips Arena, Mercedes- Benz Stadium, America's MART, CNN Center, Sweet Auburn Curb Market, Georgia State University, Centennial Olympic Park, World of Coke, and GA Aquarium. You can also take a quick walk to the Atlanta Streetcar to get a great trip through Downtown ATL. The unit is also within walking distance of lots of great dining options.
MARTA’s rail service terminates at the Domestic Terminal of the Hartsfield Jackson International Airport. For a couple, a dollars, you can take the Marta (https://www.itsmarta.com/) rail straight to Peachtree Center Transit Station, then literally walk 3 blocks to Piedmont Avenue and our building. Or take a Uber/Lyft; however, Marta is safe and easier than you may think. I also recommend the Atlanta Streetcar (https://itsmarta.com/streetcar/) for learning more about the city.
Free Parking for one vehicle is a $55 value compared to Hotel accommodations. A 24-hour Concierge is stationed next to the lobby to assist with early and late check-ins. The building's parking is not gated as one may expect of a newer high-rise. However, it is monitored and secure with fencing. There is only one entrance/exit from the parking lot. When entering the parking, one passes directly by the main lobby doors and Concierge’s Desk for observation. All of our condominiums have above-ground parking, and security cameras monitor the parking lot 24 hours a day. All of the common areas in the building are monitored by security cameras, i.e lobby, elevators, halls, and basement laundry area. The area is safe for walking as it is right next to the downtown hotel district and a Georgia State dorm. There are multiple restaurants within a few blocks. Centennial Olympic Park, the Georgia Aquarium, the Center for Civil & Human Rights & lots more are within walking distance.
