This top level apartment comprises a living/ dining room, a separate well equipped kitchen, a study room, a master bedroom and a second bedroom / guestroom with a built-in closet, a large sunny balcony adjacent to the living room, a large bathroom with walk in shower and toilet, a laundry and storage closet and an attic for storage purposes with a pull down stairs. A shared technical space can be found in the hallway of the third floor.
From the Mathenesserlaan you enter this fourth-floor apartment through a shared staircase which gives access two other apartments.
As you step into the apartment on the third floor there is a small wardrobe before going up the stairs to the fourth floor. The spacious landing also has a desk for working from home purposes. From the central corridor you can enter all other rooms. At the back of the apartment the living room is located. This space has a double high ceiling and a door that leads to the balcony on one side and a passage to the kitchen on the other side. The kitchen is entirely custom-made for this apartment and features ample storage space and all of the modern conveniences, such as a dishwasher, a large fridge-freezer, an induction stove, a combi oven-microwave and large sink with mixer tap. The countertop is extra deep to place all the kitchen appliances. Appliances include a coffee maker, kettle, blender and toaster. The dining table can be stretched to accomadate up to six people.
In the middle of the apartment you'll pass the bathroom on one side and a seperate washing room on the other side. The bathroom has a free hanging toilet, a walk-in shower and a large counter with storage space, a sink and a large mirror. The washing room has a built-in closet and a counter top where you'll find both a washing machine and tumble dryer for your convienence.
At the front of the apartment there are two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed with built-in drawers and two bedside lamps. The other room has a large closet and a separate foldable sofa guest bed.

The tram brings you in 10 to 15 minutes to the Central Station connecting you to Amsterdam (45 minutes) and the hague (30 minutes) or to the metro network of Rotterdam. Around the corner you'll also find the Vierambachtstraat and Mathenesserplein with a large supermarket and other convenience stores but also exotic delis and speciality shops. At a 10 minutes walking distance you'll find the Middellandplain with various proper restaurants, lunchrooms, coffee houses and bars.
