This beautiful 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath home with a private pool is in a quiet area of Sea Pines Plantation near the South Beach Marina on Hilton Head Island. It is only a short 7 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean or a short bike ride to South Beach, and offers a little oasis of serenity tucked away in the Spanish moss draped oak trees. This wonderful home has a split level floor plan with a large great room that encompasses the living room, dining room, open kitchen and breakfast area on the first floor. Also located on this floor are a half bath and a large master bedroom suite with private bath.
The living room has a very large couch, perfect for seating all of your guests comfortably, a 60" TV to enjoy a movie night together after a day in the sun, and tons of bright windows with sunlight streaming in opening up the space. The kitchen comes fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a wine fridge and a clean, sleek look and feel. The island in the kitchen offers even more counter space for cooking or serving hors d’oeuvres while entertaining family and friends. The master bedroom on this same floor features a king size bed, a 36" Roku TV, DVD, a large window with tons of natural sunlight, and a private master bathroom. The master bathroom has a large walk-in shower and lots of counter space at the sink.
On the 2nd floor you will find 2 more bedrooms each with private baths. One bedroom has a bunk bed with two full mattresses and a twin trundle, perfect for the kids to play and have their own space. This bedroom also has 32" Roku TV and its own bathroom. The second bedroom features another king bed, 32" TV and a private bathroom. This home recently underwent a dramatic renovation and redecoration that included the kitchen with granite counters, refinishing of the heart of pine floors, furniture, and new carpet.
