Single rooms are centrally located in Partille, in a large terraced house in a quiet residential area. There is a bus stop right outside, which goes both to Partille Centrum (otherwise about 5 minutes' walk) and to central Gothenburg. Commuter train stop approx. 6 minutes' walk, and from there approx. 8 minutes to Gothenburg C. Allum Köpcenter is ten minutes' walk away, where there are various shops, restaurants, grocery stores, and system companies, as well as a bus station.
As a tenant, you rent a room, shared kitchen and bathroom and garden. We who own the house partly live abroad.
Each bedroom has a single bed, wardrobe and desk. The larger bedroom is about 10 square meters, and also has a balcony, the rent is SEK 5,500/month. The smaller room is about 8 square meters, and has a rent of SEK 5,000/month.
Normal consumption of electricity, water and heat is included. The rent also includes unlimited internet.

Busshållplats finns precis utanför, som går både till Partille Centrum (annars ca 5 minuters gångväg) och till centrala Göteborg. Pendeltågsstation ca 6 minuters gångväg, och därifrån ca 8 minuter in till Göteborg C. Allum Köpcenter ligger tio minuters gångväg bort, där finns diverse butiker, restauranger, matbutiker, och systembolag, samt busstation.
