Positive: The place is just perfect for vacations in Tuscany. Beautiful place, big kitchen and bedrooms. Everything very comfortable. I advice you to take short walk to vineyard near by. Highly recommend. Owners very kind people.
Negative: Yes, it's on the first floor so you need to carry your luggage. A little exercise ;) The small town is very remote place, there is nothing, so bear in mind that only pizza place to have dinner and it's few minutes of walking.
