This beautiful dog-friendly beach house is located at #29 27th Avenue, on Isle of Palms, SC, just a short walk or golf cart ride to the beach. It has a great family room to relax and watch a movie in the evening after a long day at the beach, touring historic Charleston, or on the Links at Wild Dunes. Your family and pets will love it. This floor plan offers a four-bedroom 2 1/2, two-and-a-half-bath elevated ranch with a backyard ready for fun. A fire pit area and landscaped yard make this location a great area to retreat to in the evenings for a marsh mellow roast or to relax. A gas grill is available for the family grill master. A large flat-screen TV in the living room is adjacent to the open dining area and kitchen. This house is turn-key with linens and all kitchen appliances. The Dog Park and Recreation Center is across the street from the house. Tennis, Basketball, Softball, and Soccer fields are all just a short walk away.
