The Cottage is located in North Conway just four miles from the oldest boat landing in Conway. Old Reaves Ferry Boat Landing. Hwy. 22 is six miles and Hwy. 90 and International Dr. is four and six miles away. Hwy. 31 is close too.
This makes for easy access all around our local beaches.

The Southern Evergreen Cottage is a two bedroom, one lg. full bath home that sits in a quiet rural neighborhood north of historic Conway, SC. and is open to share with a limited amount of families.

There is ample parking to park your boat and RV and rest a while.

There are pontoon boats, kayaks, jet ski's for rent including a casino boat, dolphins boat, fishing boats, sun boats and many restaurants in North Myrtle Beach and Little River.
Conway Marina offers a variety of rentals and a nice park to hang out with family and friends.

Waccamaw guided river tours are available down at the Conway Marina.

This two bedroom, one full bath is secluded with the outline of the property surrounded by tall pine trees offering plenty of privacy and some shade.
The beautiful surroundings are great for retirees and folks wanting to avoid the downtown heavy traffic around our local beaches.
Spend a lazy morning swinging on the front porch, stroll around the spacious yard or grill your supper out in the back yard by the fire pit and swing.
Everything you need to "move in" is furnished.
King bed in the master bedroom and one queen bed in the front bedroom.
One sofa bed in the 2nd sitting room in the back of the house near bath.
Full Bath, TV's and a Smart TV, fully equipped kitchen with microwave and dishwasher, central heat and air.
A washer and dryer and built in ironing board are provided for your convenience.
Towels, linens and lots of other amenities are furnished.

The Evergreen Cottage is situated twenty-thirty minutes to most attractions along Garden City Beach, The Grand Strand of Myrtle Beach, North Myrtle, Cherry Grove, Surfside Beach, Murrells Inlet and other surrounding beaches, Huntington State Park, Myrtle Beach State Park, Barefoot Landing, Broadway At The Beach, Brook Green Gardens and so so much more.
Charleston, Georgetown, Florence, Wilmington are all with one to two hour ride.
Absolutely NO smoking allowed inside of home!
Outside only is acceptable.
No pets, (not suitable for children under twelve or for pets, the south has sand fleas and red ants during hot months).
