From M4 (and A40)
1 Follow A48, passing Carmarthen and continue along A40 towards Haverfordwest, past St. Clears and Whitland. After dual carriage way ends, continue and take third exit at roundabout - A478 to Crymych and Cardigan .
2 At roundabout outside Cardigan take A487 in the direction of Fishguard (first exit) .
DONT USE SAT NAV FROM THIS POINT;
3 After 2.8 miles (4.5Km) there is a well signed turn on the right hand side to Nevern B4582. Just before this turn there is Croft crossroads with a minor road on right signposted Trewyddel/Moylgrove. Take this road.
4 For those of you using maps you should now be at map ref.: SN 155 430 “Croft”
5 Continue along this road. It becomes narrow and goes downhill and then up a steep stretch. Ignore the two side roads on right. There are good views of Cardigan Island. At the end of this road is a T-junction with a sign to Trewyddel / Moylgrove. Turn left here.
6 Continue along this road, go past the first left (Trewyyddel/Moylgrove), going in the direction of Poppit Sands. Take the next left shown by a triangular road sign on the left. Not very visible or obvious so slow down.
7 This is a very narrow road, and about a mile to the cottage. The first property you pass on your left is ‘Penwaun’, carry on downhill until you reach the farm yard of Tre Rhys Farm.
8 Now go very slowly or you will miss the farm track access on the left.
9 Drive into Tre Rhys farm yard (farmhouse on your right), at the end of the barns/buildings on the left there is a farm track, (but its hidden from sight until you reach it ).
Turn left onto the farm track.
There is a green national parks sign that says ‘no vehicular access’ this does not mean you as you will be staying at the cottage. Seaview is 20 yds down this track on the right hand side.
The entrance to the car park is the second gateway on the right, through the wide wooden gates.
10 Welcome to Seaview, the key safe is on the left wall of the porch. We will email you the pass code for this safe 1 day before arrival.
From Aberystwyth on the A487
· Follow road signs to Cardigan on the A487 from Aberystwyth.
· After Pen y Parc follow the A487 along the Cardigan by-pass, through the traffic lights (Tesco on your right).
· Straight over at the 1st roundabout
· Carry on over the bridge/river to the second roundabout, take the second exit.
· Now follow the directions from Number 3 on directions above.
From Carmarthen & Newcastle Emlyn on the A484
· A484 from Newcastle Emlyn and Carmarthen
· After Llechrhyd you will come to the end of the A484 at Cardigan, on the roundabout take first exit.
· Go over the bridge and uphill to a second roundabout, take second exit..
· Now follow the directions from Number 3 on directions above.
