Summary: We got to our hotel and was told that they booked us out into one of their sister hotels, poor communication. The sister hotel was ok, the housekeeping staff specially Zalal and Tek were very helpful and efficient. They cleaned our room as requested and when above and beyond to help us. Thank you to both for your help.
