Make yourself at home in our pleasantly appointed mountain home. Located on a Cul-De-Sac, nestled near the forest. This home is thoroughly sanitized between each booking, following strict cleaning procedures using bleach, disinfectants, UV & Ozone Treatments that follow the guidelines set forth by the CDC. Upstairs loft that opens out to a large deck with views of Thornberry mountain & star gazing. Enjoy the use of the BBQ & outdoor dining or relax by our cozy fire pit. About 10 mins to town, 10 mins to Bass Lake & 20 miles to Yosemite Park entrance. Plenty of parking for your boat, ATV or Snowmobiles. We hope you make this your relaxing getaway for many years!

Upstairs Loft: Includes a futon that converts into twin bed with memory foam top. A twin guest bed with memory foam top. Plus one more portable twin is available for use.
Couch in living room: Fold out full size bed with memory foam top & bedding available in the ottoman.
Main Bathroom: Full tub Shower, New tile floors, large countertop & sink, Raised toilet with safety handle (both Bathrooms.)
The fully loaded kitchen has dishes, pots and pans, stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, hand mixer, salt and pepper, coffee, sugar and cooking oil, and tea bags.
There is a dishwasher if you do decide to cook. Please just leave the kitchen as you found it.
Dining table with seating for 10 & a bar area with seating for 3.
Plenty of books & games available for use.
Each room has a unique view of our variety the great outdoors with lots of trees. Enjoy nature with all the comforts of home.
When booking please keep in mind there are two restrooms. If you're booking for 10 just know that there are going to be 4-5 people to a bathroom. There is one hot water tank for you to share.
The 6 acre mountain property is graced with impressive rock outcroppings, pine trees, oak trees & plenty of wildflowers in the Spring. Entire home, porch, deck, yard area, plus the washer & dryer located in garage. Paved driveway has plenty of room for parking along with RV electric hookups if needed. Property is not fenced. You will need to bring a leash for your pets. Plenty of parking for your family or trailer with your motorcycle, boat or toys. Many trails are located nearby to trailer your off road vehicles to for a day filled with adventure.
Please note: The property is not fenced. This is in a rural mountain area, you may hear the neighbor discharge his firearm during the day only. 24 hour Surveillance security camera located outside near the front door. Altering or covering camera will result in losing your deposit
