Negative: The cabin was Dirty !! The balcony is very dilapidated and has large splinters everywhere and therefore needs redone. Our 4 year old got a really deep bad splinter embedded into his foot due to splinters and the balcony in such poor shape. There was also bird droppings all over the outside chairs that should have been cleaned off prior to our arrival! There was also a dead and decayed bird laying on the balcony next to the grill. Disgusting! That I had to clean up! Which should have been seen & cleaned up by housekeeping or cabin maintenance team, not by your guests!! ALL of the windows in the kitchen and by the table are filthy and disgusting!!! The kitchen table had crumbs all over it when we arrived. I had to re wipe everything down and re sweep the floors to get all the dust bunnies and dirt out before we unloaded our things. The hot water heater had limited amount of water. It would only fill about 6 inches of the jacuzzi tub in either bathroom... For a family of 5 trying to get ready to out for dinner, we don't have time to let the water heater reheat for an hour so that someone else could shower next... As that is what I was told when I reached out. 🔻 There are boards on the lower part of the balcony , below to the left of the hot tub are that have popped loose and nails are exposed and are not securing the boards to the cabin properly!! 🔻🔻This IS A Safety Concern!! This is the 2nd year in a row that we have been disappointed with our booking thru Booking.Com and was given less than what we expected. UNACCEPTABLE! I would appreciate info on how you all are going to make this right. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Misty
