This is a spacious 2 bedroom/ 2.5 bathroom townhome with private garage located in a quiet neighborhood close the base of the Steamboat Ski Area with a free Steamboat city bus stop at the end of the street. The home has a great main floor layout with beautiful kitchen, nice dining area and a convenient half bath. The living area has stylish furnishings, a gas fireplace and a fun shuffleboard table for family nights in. There is a deck out back with seating and a BBQ grill and path that leads to the community hot tub.
Upstairs you will find both large bedrooms and a full size washer/dryer. The main bedroom has a King bed, TV and small chair that folds into a small bed perfect for a little one. There is an attached bathroom with soaker tub and walk-in shower. The other bedroom has a sturdy Queen over Queen bunk bed and sitting area with TV. This bedroom also has its own bathroom with tub/shower combo. Both bedrooms have portable AC units for those summer days when it gets a little warmer. In the living room, there is a Queen sleeper sofa.
The home has a private one car garage to keep your car out of the elements and another space in the driveway for parking. There is a free Steamboat City Bus stop at the end of the neighborhood.
