Ubicado en el icónico y céntrico sector de Gazcue, a 2 cuadras del malecón, a solo unos minutos a pie de la Zona Colonial, el Obelisco, casinos, hotel Jaragua, restaurantes, bancos y clínicas. Excelente ubicación para quienes desean explorar las partes históricas de Santo Domingo y disfrutar de gran variedad de actividades nocturnas.
Puedes ir caminando a restaurantes, supermercado y lugares turísticos. También puedes optar por el transporte público o taxis.
A diferencia de otros lugares no cobramos tarifas adicionales por la electricidad, un servicio que es caro en nuestro país, por ello es importante que nos ayudes a ahorrar energía apagando el aire acondicionado y las luces cuando no estés en el apartamento.
