This home features a whole-home Sonos stereo system, a recently-updated and refreshed interior, Brazilian cherry wood floors, a custom island kitchen, and an office/library. The home’s gorgeous private grounds include an outdoor kitchen with a gas grill and wood-fired pizza oven, heated pool, hot tub, gas fire pit, sport court, and multiple private patios surrounded by fountains and water features for outdoor entertaining.
LOCATION - This immaculate Santa Rosa home is your private escape, while being only minutes from local wineries and Michelin-rated restaurants. Paradise Ridge Winery and Kendall-Jackson Winery are within 3 miles. Downtown Healdsburg is just a 15 minute drive up highway 101.
BEDROOMS - The master bedroom has a TemperPedic king size bed, desk, walk in closet, and private patio with access to the hot tub. The remaining four bedrooms also have TempurPedic king size beds, some with private patios and/or views of the valley.
OUTDOOR AREAS - Your secluded backyard oasis beckons with beautiful landscaping, a heated pool (Please inquire for pricing), and a luxurious in-ground hot tub (Heated free of charge). Gather around the gas fire pit to sip a glass of local wine, or get a bit more active on the basketball and pickle ball court for hours of family fun. The chefs in your group will love grilling poolside at the outdoor kitchen, which they can serve on the covered patio for a lovely alfresco meal.
