*YOUR OWN ENTRANCE, (OUR GUEST SUITE IS NOT A SHARED SPACE). Our guest suite is completely away from the rest of the home in which we reside.
*There are stairs you must go up and down to reach the bathroom from the bedroom.
*CLEAN AND SECURE This 2- 4 person guest suite is FULLY FURNISHED with everything you’ll need: linens, towels.
*Top-of-the-line Queen-size bed. Trundle pull out for two, and a blow up queen mattress for the kids or adults.
*Hiking trails just down the street, accessible biking, and a short walk to the park and Whole Foods (known as Ideal Market)
*TWO OFFICE areas, high-speed Wi-Fi network.
*WET BAR/KITCHENETTE with electric water pot, coffee pot, dorm fridge, dishes & glassware, silverware, etc. Everything but the stove!
*Located in the coveted and upscale NEWLANDS NEIGHBORHOOD of North Boulder, is close to North Boulder Park which has a baseball field, playground, room to set up slack lines, play Frisbee and/or read a book.
*Join Sunday Volleyball at the park, all are welcome, it begins at 4pm every Sunday during clear days. In the winter you can cross-country ski in the park.
*This neighborhood is ideally located; a close walk to the Ideal shopping center; Pearl Street and downtown only a 20 minute walk; only a few blocks to Mount Sanitas, Red Rocks, Dakota Ridge trails.
