Positive: The apartment is acceptable, it needs some maintenance, the neighbors are always very nice, and my children have made friends with the other children who play there. The building manager is rude to the children and yelled at my 4-year-old daughter because she was playing with another child and I believe they were making noise, but it was only 3:00 p.m., a normal time for children to play. I didn't like his attitude, he could have come and talked to me or my husband, a 4-year-old child is not capable of taking responsibility for their own mistakes.
Negative: The location does not match the information provided as this is not a beach apartment. If you have your own car, the beach in Agadir is about 20 minutes away, while Targzouth is about 40 minutes away. We did not have our own car so we had to walk to another avenue to get a taxi to the centre of Agadir which cost us about 200 dirhams (100 to go, and 100 to back), each way per day. There are bus services but rule this out as the buses are always very crowded. One of the bathrooms was blocked and there are cockroaches in the kitchen. In short, if you have your own car this apartment is acceptable, if you don't have a car and depend on taxis, discard it, as you will have to spend money on taxis which, due to the distance, will cost 100 dirhams each way to the center, the same price for the return trip, to Tagharzout around 180 dirhams, the taxi driver was friendly and charged us only 150. In other words, it was more expensive to get around than the price of the apartment itself.
